Live in care is our specialised care for people who need care and support with day – to day life, but also want to live as independently as possible.
We work with you and your loved ones to create a personalised care plan that includes any essential care, alongside daily personal activities and household duties. All our carer assistants are highly trained, so you can be confident that you or the person you care for will be looked after.
We’ll work with you and other caregivers or medical professionals to understand your loved one’s situation, needs and preferences, ensuring the level of care is as high and as in-depth as possible.We’ll work with you or your loved one to carefully match our care assistants in terms of experience, as well as personality, emotional needs, interests and hobbies.

We have in place an effective safe guarding systems, policies and procedures and manages safeguarding concerns promptly, using local safe guarding procedures. Whenever necessary, investigations are thorough.

Our live in care service enables you or your loved one to receive tailored, professional support 24-hours-a-day at home.
You or your loved one will be allocated two personal live-in care assistants to allow each one to have to time off. All our carers are monitored, and we will regularly review our care plan with you and/or your family to ensure we are always giving the highest level of care.
Should the person receiving live-in care feel, they are not completely compatible with their allocated live-in carer they are entitled to ask for a change. We go above and beyond to ensure our clients are happy with our service.
